No Payment, No Place
All event fees must be paid in advance. If payment has not been received by the confirmation deadline, your child’s place will be removed.
Payment Schedule
Payment deadlines will be set at least one week before the confirmation deadline. This allows time for reminders and for direct debits to clear before we submit final numbers.
Confirmation Deadline
You will be given a clear confirmation deadline in every event message. If we need final numbers, all payments must be received before those numbers are submitted. If payment is not received by the confirmation deadline, your child’s place will be lost.
Unfinished Event
No refunds are issued if a young person leaves the session before the end of the session due to disciplinary action or sickness.
Cancellations
Cancellations are considered on a case‑by‑case basis. Refunds will only be issued if the group has not already confirmed your child’s place and has not already paid for that place. To request a cancellation, please send a written request (email is acceptable) at least four weeks (20 working days) before the session or event start date. If a cancellation request is received after that deadline, a refund will only be possible if we can recover the cost of the place; otherwise no refund will be given.
If anyone has difficulties paying before the deadline or experiences system issues, please contact us. We’re always happy to work together to support the young people in attending.
Non-attendance
If a young person does not attend an event that they had signed up for, then no refunds will be issued.
Deposits
The registration processing fee (deposit) is non‑refundable, except if the event is cancelled by the organisers. If the event is cancelled and your child was registered, the deposit will be refunded.
